By accessing or using the Search.Market platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
Search.Market is a recruiter collaboration platform that enables split placements between recruiting professionals. The platform provides an applicant tracking system, pipeline management, commission tracking, and related tools.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use most platform features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Fee Structure
Search.Market charges a platform fee on successful placements as described on the Pricing page. There are no desk fees or monthly subscription charges. Specific fee percentages and payment terms are detailed in your recruiter agreement.
5. Candidate and Client Ownership
Ownership of candidate and client relationships is governed by the platform's ownership rules, including activity-based timers and tier progression. Disputes are handled through the platform's dispute resolution process.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: submitting false information, circumventing ownership rules, harassing other users, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
Search.Market provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of data, availability of services, or outcomes of placements. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the account at any time. Upon termination, outstanding commissions and escrow balances will be settled according to the applicable agreements.
